• In our continuing education approach we offer exceptional go-live support. Training in a classroom setting is equally as important to training and supporting on the job. EHR Concepts offers quality training and support during go-live with an emphasis of “Meaningful Use.” The trainers act as liaisons between the working clinical field and the technological field ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.

Customized Training Documentation:

Reference Guides
• Comprehensive Guide Books designed and customized to your specific workflows. These reference guides can be created for each individual user group such as Providers, Medical Assistants, Nursing Staff, and Front Desk. These reference guides will act as a resource book both in and out of the classroom setting. These Reference Guides will also be available to post for your internal knowledge base intranet.

Exercise/Quiz Books
• Exercise books are developed in order to create an expedited learning process for each user. The exercise book will be used both in a classroom setting with a trainer and out of the classroom setting for individual practice use. At the end of each exercise book there will be a quiz to use within the classroom setting. In the classroom we emphasize utilizing the exercise books in order to prepare for the quiz and get hands on experience. The Exercise books will be available to post for your internal knowledge base intranet.

Tri-Folds
• Tri-folds are created for in clinic use. Tri-folds are created to remind users how to complete steps 1-5. For example: How to add a Problem then order Medication, Labs, Imaging, Follow up, Commit, and Save & Continue. Most common tri-folds used would be: Tasking, Work-list, Ordering, Updating Hx, & Notes. Tri-Folds are wonderful for "Meaningful Use" on-going training.

Q-Cards/Q-Sheets
• Quick Cards and Quick Sheets are created for in clinic use. Q-Cards/Q-Sheets will act as reminders for tips, tricks and remember “how to” within the EHR. For example: How to quickly access the Clinical Toolbar at any time within the EHR, what the icons are used for, how to personalize settings, how to access Help within the EHR. Quick Sheets are wonderful for "Meaningful Use" on-going training.
